Our Policies

  • We make every effort to begin and finish appointments on time. If we are unable to address all of your concerns during your appointment time, you may be asked to follow up with another appointment, either in person, or virtually, if this is an option. We ask for your patience when emergencies arise.

  • We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment so that we can free up that time for another patient. If you are going to be late for your appointment, please let us know so that we can determine if your appointment needs to be adjusted or rescheduled.

  • Each practitioner manages their own phone, email, and online scheduling portal. Please refer to the Contact page when you need to reach a practitioner between appointments.

  • All appointments are booked online unless otherwise discussed. An email address is required for online booking and, when appropriate, communication via secure messaging.

  • We expect that all patients and practitioners at Ensemble Healthcare will participate in and work together to ensure an environment that is free of disrespectful behaviour, discrimination, harassment, and violence.
